Gettin' Graphic

First off, a shout out to Lauren for the great graphic novel/eComic primer. Here’s Gene Yang’s website and Scott McCloud’s eComics. I mentioned Spider, a web-based graphic novel that is an alternative version of the war in Afghanistan. Here’s the first issue of Transmetropolitan for free in pdf, and this is MNFTIU, aka “My New Fighting Technique is Unstoppable,” a graphic novel made from clipart. And as a bonus, Jonathan Lethem is on Radio Open Source with members of the open-source community, discussing his decision to release his copyright on 60 short stories. Here's the MP3.
